What you will do

• Architect modern technology capabilities and enterprise architectures that support strategic business goals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery on complex transformation programs, ensuring project health and quality.
• Advise C-level stakeholders, shaping their long-term technology and digital futures.
• Guide clients in the responsible adoption and integration of AI and data transformation.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals to shape market presence.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and inclusivity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital, technology, or data strategy across multiple contexts.
• Hands-on technical fluency in AI, cloud, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into clear architectural directions.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Commitment to inclusive leadership and collaborative influence.
• Must have the right to work in the UK or EU as no visa sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a consultancy, agency, or professional services environment.
• Background in operating model design, digital portfolio management, or enterprise-scale AI strategy.
