What you will do

• Own the end-to-end production process, translating campaign briefs into actionable workflows.
• Act as the central operational hub for creative execution, validating briefs for feasibility.
• Implement and master generative AI tools to accelerate the production of visual and written assets.
• Manage external vendors, contracts, and negotiations for specialized production needs.
• Develop standardized AI workflows and train team members to democratize AI adoption.
• Partner with data and performance teams to ensure assets are measurable and optimized.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or in marketing operations within consumer-facing industries.
• Hands-on knowledge of generative AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, and LLMs.
• Fully fluent in German and English (C1+ level).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple vendors.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner to brand and digital leads.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with emerging tech such as digital twins or AI-driven personalization.
• Background in video production and editing.
• Existing familiarity with the hirify.global platform.
