Principal Fullstack Engineer

TL;DR

Principal Fullstack Engineer (Fullstack): Leading architectural strategy and development of scalable web applications with an accent on high-performance systems and modern frontend/backend integration. What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Drive architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices across the full stack.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Architect and implement complex systems ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high technical standards through automated testing.

Requirements

• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (VueJS, ReactJS, etc.) and TypeScript.
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js with Express and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with scalable distributed systems, Docker, Terraform, and AWS.
• Experience working within a Monorepo setup and GitLab.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional, and remote-friendly settings.
