What you will do

• Develop and maintain data products and pipelines using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and automation to reduce ingestion time.
• Implement data quality processes including validation, cleansing, and error handling.
• Collaborate with product managers and analysts to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Improve existing data integration processes to ensure system reliability and robustness.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide ongoing engineering support.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, ETL Developer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Spark SQL, and Python.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure data stack and Databricks.
• Ability to develop and manage Apache Spark applications using PySpark.
• Understanding of dimensional data modeling and streaming data ingestion.
• Experience with version control, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
