What you will do

• Develop and lead a unified, multi-channel content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan and measure cross-team content initiatives including webinars, video, and serialized assets.
• Manage content roadmaps and editorial calendars for leadership visibility.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of content professionals.
• Oversee optimization of content for SEO, AEO, and LLM-based discovery.
• Establish content standards, workflows, and governance across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy or marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing content teams.
• Proven ability to project manage complex, cross-functional content programs.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and emerging AEO/AI search considerations.
• Must provide a creative portfolio or documented examples of created content.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Background in IT, systems administration, or other technical roles.
