Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Perk hubs (IRL-first, in-person 3 days a week). English is the official language at the office.

What you will do

• Drive operational excellence across the Payments product area by building frameworks for consistent, high-performance operations.
• Optimize processes at scale using advanced data analysis and AI-driven automation to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer by aligning operational needs with business objectives and end-user experience.
• Identify and mitigate operational, security, financial, and compliance risks in collaboration with Legal and Security.
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment and execute plans with internal teams and third parties.
• Mentor more junior team members and support their growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a tech-driven operations role; Payments or Fintech experience is a strong plus.
• Strong data fluency with advanced data analysis tools and methodologies to measure success and drive decisions.
• Proven ability to design and optimize complex end-to-end processes, including wireframing and user flow visualization.
• Comfort working in complex regulatory environments with a risk & compliance mindset.
• Track record of breaking down systemic problems into actionable steps that deliver incremental value.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex operational narratives into clear, structured updates for diverse audiences.
