What you will do

• Lead a full-stack development team with Tech Lead and Engineering Manager counterparts to deliver new features and improvements for the transactional experience.
• Manage stakeholders by translating technical concepts into clear terms for non-technical partners and reporting progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on user needs, business impact, and technical feedback; create user flows and corresponding tech epics/tickets.
• Drive discovery by slicing problems into manageable parts, testing ideas, and ensuring product-market fit.
• Own delivery timelines, mitigate blockers, and enable continuous step-by-step releases instead of a single final release.
• Build and maintain the team roadmap by breaking down complex work into epics and tickets aligned with developers and business functions (CS, UX, Data, Legal, Product).

Requirements

• Experience in product management covering both discovery and delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects while balancing technical and business requirements.
• Strong project management skills to break down, prioritize, and communicate complex tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to define problems and KPIs, collect data, communicate results, and draw conclusions.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German at C1 level is required.
