What you will do

• Own the 3–6-month roadmap for Kluwer Arbitration and new products, from discovery and design through delivery and Go-To-Market.
• Gather and analyze voice-of-customer and market feedback to define requirements, features, and end products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including backlog prioritization and preparation/review of product requirements.
• Develop product marketing plans and business cases, and partner with sales and sales enablement for demos and sales materials.
• Make data-driven iterations using user insights and analytics, monitoring KPIs to improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering and UX, and communicate strategy, roadmap, and performance to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven experience launching and managing complex products from conception to delivery in an Agile environment.
• Strong product lifecycle management skills and ability to prioritize based on business and customer impact.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a creative, customer-centric approach.
• Hybrid work setup: in office 2 days per week; applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.
