What you will do

• Develop and deploy test frameworks to validate XRPL core behaviors, ledger flows, and RPCs.
• Build self-serve testing capabilities for developers to trigger suites via CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate modular testing workflows using PyTest, JUnit, and TestContainers.
• Expand property-based and fuzz testing to uncover protocol-level edge cases.
• Automate test result visualization and analytics using Grafana and ReportPortal.
• Implement auto-ticketing pipelines for failed tests to ensure high traceability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in test automation or validation frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with QA tools like PyTest, JUnit, Hypothesis, and TestContainers.
• Practical experience with CI/CD systems and observability stacks.
• Understanding of distributed systems or blockchain protocols.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and able to meet the hybrid office requirement in California.
