TL;DR

Software Engineer (QA Automation): Designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for mobile and web applications with an accent on automation infrastructure and quality engineering. Location: Must be based in Menlo Park, CA with in-person attendance expected at least three days per week.

Salary: $113,277–$155,000 per year

What you will do

  • Design and execute test plans, strategies, and test cases for mobile and web applications.
  • Develop and maintain automated end-to-end test suites using modern frameworks.
  • Perform manual, regression, functional, and exploratory testing to ensure high-quality user experiences.
  • Validate integrations between frontend applications, backend services, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to provide feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and improve automation infrastructure and test coverage for P0 product launches.

Requirements

  • Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus one year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Python or Java for test automation.
  • Experience with Appium, Selenium, or Playwright.
  • Strong background in API testing (RESTful services).
  • Expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies for mobile and web.
  • Must be able to work in-person in Menlo Park, CA at least three days per week.
