What you will do

  • Reproduce, analyze, and evaluate technical issues to resolve them independently or escalate as needed.
  • Manage business incident tickets in Jira, ensuring accurate categorization and SLA compliance.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to identify root causes of technical problems.
  • Monitor product stability and proactively engage relevant departments during high-priority incidents.
  • Act as the first line of technical defense, balancing client communication with technical problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level and fluency in Russian or Ukrainian.
  • Experience with Jira for task tracking and Confluence for documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and work in different shifts, including nights.
  • Proficiency in using browser developer tools to identify bugs and interpret web error codes.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of system logs (ELK) and monitoring dashboards (Grafana).
  • Familiarity with Cloudflare and ITIL processes.
