What you will do
- Manage and govern large-scale, multi-year business-to-business service contracts.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, integrated customer solutions.
- Maintain accountability for the financial prosperity and P&L of managed engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to identify business needs and drive revenue-expanding opportunities.
- Represent activities within specialized areas of practice and contribute to sector initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent service delivery and customer success.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles.
- Proven ability to manage and govern large, multi-year service contracts.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in business controls and P&L management.
- Ability to integrate multiple service areas into a seamless customer solution.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.

- Bachelor's degree.
- Six Sigma, PMP, or ITIL certifications.
