What you will do
- Act as the main point of contact for client installation and ongoing support of the Data Management Solution.
- Maintain installations, investigate issues requiring product domain knowledge, and resolve problems according to defined SLAs.
- Analyze issues in Dimension and provide timely, convincing solutions with guidance on complex cases.
- Handle service requests (e.g., ad-hoc reports, license renewals, file copies) and collaborate with developers to combine business and technical expertise.
- Participate in validation and testing, ensure deliverable quality, and maintain a product knowledge base.
- Identify opportunities to move clients to standard configurations and help develop new service offerings and license modules.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Experience operating standard applications in the financial sector, diagnosing errors, resolving issues, and acting as an SME for application usage.
- Education in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration, or a similar background.
- Experience with scripting/technical tools such as PL/SQL and at least one of: XML/XSL, JSON/YAML, or PowerShell.
- Advanced analytical skills and strong communication/presentation skills.
- Ability to work as a trusted adviser and drive problem-solving in a client-facing role.
Nice to have
- Experience in L2/L3 application support or working in a larger IT/operations team.
- Knowledge of cloud operations (AWS, Azure).
- Basic business understanding of financial data management (reference data, portfolio pricing, corporate actions).
