What you will do

• Assemble and qualify PAS5500 scanner machines within the factory production line.
• Travel internationally (20-30%) to perform machine installations at customer fabrication facilities.
• Manage production output schedules and escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges.
• Drive quality improvements and implement lean manufacturing methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Linkou, Taiwan.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and complex technical environment.
• Commitment to long-term professional development within the company.

Nice to have

• 2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing operations.
