Senior Consultant - Operational Excellence (Consulting): Leading complex process optimization and digital transformation projects for enterprise clients with an accent on business process modeling, stakeholder management, and strategic implementation. Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Hybrid/Remote flexibility available).

What you will do
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in analyzing and optimizing complex business processes.
- Apply the GRIPP methodology to design and implement efficient business workflows.
- Model business processes using BPMN tools and perform simulations for optimization.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels, including C-level.
- Prepare product breakdowns for large-scale projects with budgets up to 50 million euros.
- Provide training and support to users to ensure effective implementation of new processes.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch and English communication skills are mandatory.
- Must have valid work authorization for the Netherlands.
- 5-7 years of experience in process optimization and design.
- In-depth knowledge of business architectures and large-scale IT projects.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools such as BPMN, Adonis, or Aris.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in complex stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of business architectures in the Telecom sector.
- Experience with process mining or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- German language proficiency.
