What you will do

• Gather information needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze and model existing data landscapes, sources, and flows.
• Develop ETL processes and build scalable data pipelines for analytics and AI.
• Design and implement robust data models and database structures.
• Support technical documentation and advisory reporting for clients.
• Contribute to workshops and training to facilitate platform implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Must have valid work authorization for the Netherlands.
• Proven experience in data management and digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java, C#, R, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, and master data management.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern trends like Data Mesh.
• Experience in coaching and guiding team members.
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint.
