What you will do

• Provide expert support for hirify.global product features.
• Design, develop, and refine algorithms, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Drive innovation in managing access networks and next-generation network access software direction.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products for global ISPs.

Requirements

• Master’s in Telecommunications or related field (PhD is a plus).
• Experience working on the physical layer of communication systems.
• Knowledge of communication systems and statistical processing.
• Experience with data collection, test definition, analysis, and reporting in lab/production environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with Linux (as user) and programming in scripting languages like Python; experience with Java is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of copper (DSL), fiber (PON), or Wi-Fi technologies.
• Experience with SQL and/or MongoDB.
• Experience with Git and algorithm analysis.
• Familiarity with data mining and machine learning algorithms.
