What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable APIs for core product features.
• Participate in cross-functional development teams to deliver major project initiatives.
• Provide technical expertise and feedback during product planning and code reviews.
• Debug and resolve complex technical and business-related issues.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to shared codebase improvements.
• Participate in non-team activities including support rotations and hiring processes.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience with Elixir in building and maintaining complex software projects.
• Proficiency with Postgres or similar relational databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins).
• English: C1 proficiency required for all applications and communication.
• Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, distributed team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure.
• Frontend experience with Nextjs, React, Vue, or Angular.
