Director, Solutions Engineering & Services (IoT): Leading the Solutions Management and Professional Services teams to drive the Americas region roadmap and technical delivery with an accent on market feedback and cross-functional leadership. Focus on developing business strategies for launch initiatives and establishing the Americas Technical Training Center.

Location: Must be based out of, or be willing to relocate to, the Chelmsford, MA office

Salary: $230,000 - $250,000 OTE

What you will do

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for Solutions management, Professional services, and solutions development.
• Develop and execute market entry strategies and long-term technological roadmaps backed by innovation.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Americas Area Technical teams to facilitate technology knowledge transfer to the sales organization.
• Lead cross-functional professionals to ensure smooth product introduction and adoption within the Americas market.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders in Sweden and Prague to ensure solutions meet market needs and industry trends.
• Build and operate the Americas Technical Training Center in collaboration with Global Sales Engineering.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in information technology, physical security industry, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and balancing technical excellence with business priorities.
• Experience managing highly skilled and experienced professionals across different geographies.
• Degree in Business or a related field.
• Must be based in or relocate to the Chelmsford, MA office.
• Ability to travel up to 50% annually within the region and to Sweden & Prague.
