What you will do

• Act as the primary payments expert for Sales and Account Management teams to drive strategic adoption of the payments operating model.
• Serve as a key liaison between the Payments business unit and client-facing teams to ensure consistent value communication.
• Lead complex client discovery sessions with finance and operations teams to analyze payment landscapes and reconciliation challenges.
• Provide expert content and validation for high-stakes RFPs, proposals, and commercial contracts.
• Conduct targeted training sessions to elevate foundational payments knowledge and objection handling for cross-BU teams.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to progress deals in alignment with strategic sales plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting within the Fintech or Payments industry.
• Proven expertise in the payment card lifecycle, including MoR/PayFac models, interchange, acquiring, and compliance.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to perform needs analysis and translate technical features into business value.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in financial tracking and ROI preparation.
• Ability to travel across the USA and Canada as required by the role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
