What you will do

• Deliver high-quality customer support in crypto trading via live chat and email.
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships while addressing inquiries and complaints.
• Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet performance KPIs.
• Communicate effectively with developers and cross-functional specialists.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Native Finnish speaker.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Minimum 6 months of live chat support experience, preferably in crypto or financial services.
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
• Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet connection (min 50/40 Mbps).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the crypto industry.
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Basic financial or payment/banking knowledge.
