What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs with experienced engineers.
• Write production-quality code and automated tests.
• Collaborate across distributed teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Identify and troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and edge cases.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to planning, demos, and delivering high-quality, testable, maintainable software.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience (internships and personal projects welcome).
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OOP).
• Familiarity with a statically-typed, object-oriented language (Java preferred); experience with Java and/or Python.
• Exposure to SQL and relational database concepts.
• Comfort using Linux command-line tools and working with Git.
