What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions for a global financial platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers to deliver robust features.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from ideation to maintenance.
• Contribute to architectural design reviews and technical discussions.
• Uphold engineering best practices through rigorous code reviews and automated testing.
• Leverage AI tools to augment development skills while maintaining full ownership of the code.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-4+ years of experience writing production-grade code.
• Strong understanding of computer science principles including data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be able to work from the London office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Prior internship experience in software development.
