Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (CRM/Marketing Tech): Supporting the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform with an accent on building personalized customer journeys, email campaigns, and data automations. Focus on developing SQL queries, managing data extensions, and ensuring technical best practices for CRM integrations.
Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 40% in office)

What you will do
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions including email campaigns and landing pages.
- Create and manage automations using Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
- Write SQL queries and manage segmentation logic within data extensions.
- Assist with API integrations and data synchronization activities.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing across SFMC implementations.
- Maintain documentation for technical processes and ensure compliance with best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS for email development.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud components like Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Must be based in London or able to commute for hybrid work (40% in office).
Nice to have
- Experience with AMPscript or SSJS.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs.
- Exposure to Salesforce CRM integrations.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
