What you will do

  • Represent the Treasury payments team in collaboration with Merchant Care, Commercial, and Engineering departments.
  • Resolve complex client payment issues and customer queries with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Coordinate the integration of process changes into business-as-usual operations.
  • Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
  • Develop and refine procedures to strengthen cashflow management and system efficiency.
  • Provide support for daily treasury processes and cross-functional team alignment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Payments (Acquiring/Issuing) within an international setup.
  • Strong background in process development and change management.
  • Proven experience with supervising controls and operational risk mitigation.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Highly analytical and strategic mindset with strong foresight.
  • Ability to work in a high-pace environment with meticulous attention to detail.
