What you will do

• Own the monthly revenue performance reporting cycle, including student fees, collections, and deferred income.
• Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and quarterly Board financial packs.
• Manage end-to-end donor and grant financial reporting, ensuring transparency and budget compliance.
• Co-lead the annual budgeting cycle and maintain rolling revenue forecasts.
• Act as a thought partner to academic and operational leaders, providing financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain revenue intelligence dashboards to support senior management decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial management, FP&A, or management reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in donor or grant financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced financial modeling in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate financial data for non-finance audiences.
• Prior experience in audit (Big Four preferred) or significant exposure to financial close processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in education, non-profit, or international development sectors.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction.
• Familiarity with Salesforce for revenue and pipeline tracking.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
