What you will do

• Own end-to-end cash visibility, integrity, and control across all entities and payment channels.
• Oversee payment execution, validate batches, and enforce strict financial protocols.
• Drive bank, wallet, and card channel reconciliations to completion, resolving historical backlogs.
• Lead treasury deliverables for month-end close, including bank reconciliations and cash schedules.
• Manage intercompany accounting, balance sheet integrity, and support tax/statutory compliance.
• Provide leadership and oversight to the Treasury & Compliance Coordinator.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in accounting or treasury roles.
• Strong expertise in liquidity management, payment processing, and month-end close.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
• High attention to detail with a focus on financial controls and data integrity.
• Ability to work effectively in multi-entity and multi-currency environments.

• Background in audit or structured accounting environments.
• Experience in education, non-profit, or international organizations.
• Exposure to intercompany accounting and consolidation processes.
• Experience supporting tax computations and statutory filings.
