Location: hirify.global (Global). Preference for candidates within UTC -4 to +4 time zones.

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, design, and operations to launch high-impact payroll projects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of internal and external customer needs to design scalable payroll solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, and sales teams to align the product roadmap with stakeholder requirements.
  • Drive key KPIs related to team goals and product performance.
  • Integrate AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and workflow efficiency.
  • Lead by example in an asynchronous, transparent work environment.

Requirements

  • English: Business-level proficiency required.
  • Experience as a senior product manager in a multi-product, high-growth scale-up.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and HR functions.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management across diverse departments.
  • Experience launching products or features that leveraged AI.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience setting and tracking measurable goals.
