What you will do

• Translate cutting-edge AI research into functional prototypes and product opportunities.
• Design and scale evaluation frameworks to measure model quality, safety, and utility in healthcare.
• Experiment with agent architectures, prompting techniques, and new interaction paradigms.
• Interpret evaluation data to provide actionable recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor teammates and shape technical direction through deep domain expertise.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in AI/ML with strong technical fundamentals.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, including evaluation frameworks, RLHF, and model training pipelines.
• Significant experience with Python and machine learning research.
• Proven track record of building and deploying LLM agents from prompt engineering to production.
• Experience shipping 0-to-1 prototypes that influenced product strategy.
• Knowledge of AI safety and responsible AI practices.

• Background in healthcare or clinical informatics.
• Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
