What you will do

• Design and validate hypotheses across a cutting-edge language modelling stack.
• Develop and deploy LLM solutions for healthcare, covering prompt design, inference, and evaluation.
• Work across research and engineering boundaries to ensure models are useful, trusted, and safe.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture within a lean, founding-team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Demonstrated full-stack experience in large-scale AI, evidenced by publications, open-source contributions, or industry work.
• Deep expertise in at least one AI stack area: prompt engineering, pre-training, fine-tuning, RL/DPO, data curation, or LLM inference.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in London.
