What you will do

• Design core models and abstractions for an AI-native engineering ecosystem.
• Develop intelligent mechanisms to surface relevant information within development workflows.
• Create assistive capabilities to streamline engineering tasks and automation.
• Drive innovation in how software teams interact with knowledge and context.
• Collaborate across the organization to embed AI into the end-to-end delivery process.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building RAG systems, vector search, or semantic pipelines.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs such as Neo4j, RDF, or property graphs.
• Experience working with LLM APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Llama.
• Understanding of embeddings, text processing, chunking strategies, and retrieval optimization.
• Experience building developer tooling, internal tools, plugins, or automation.
• Ability to design and prototype systems independently.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic systems using AutoGen, LangGraph, or crewAI.
• Experience implementing GraphRAG or similar graph-structured retrieval approaches.
• Familiarity with AI-powered SDLC tools and static analysis via LLM.
• Understanding of software architecture, system design, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to create ontologies or domain data models.
