TL;DR

Consult Associate Partner Banking: Lead complex consulting engagements for hirify.global’s largest banking accounts with an accent on profitable growth, CXO-level client relationships, and strategic change agendas across Business and IT customer solutions. Focus on driving revenue and margin outcomes, overseeing delivery in transaction environments, and shaping technology/industry initiatives that impact the customer ecosystem.

Location: Toronto (HQ) and regular work with hirify.global stakeholders across other Canadian provinces, the United States, or internationally where English is the common language

What you will do

  • Drive profitable growth by meeting signings and revenue targets, managing margin expectations, and growing backlog.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert business development pipeline opportunities; scope engagements and negotiate fees while containing risk.
  • Lead client engagement with CXOs as a trusted advisor, delivering C-level interactions, consulting initiatives, and deal outputs.
  • Oversee engagement delivery quality and ensure high performance and customer satisfaction across transaction pre- or post-deal planning and execution.
  • Manage utilization targets for self and team and lead operational excellence across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Contribute strategically by shaping initiatives using industry and technology expertise and developing thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in CXO-level client engagement and relationship management.
  • Proven ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
  • Track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public sector environments.
  • Strong financial acumen, including driving revenue growth and managing margins.
  • Experience supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders.
  • English: required (English is the common language for stakeholder work across locations)
