What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities for buy and sell-side diligence engagements.
• Perform quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, and working capital assessments.
• Construct and analyze 3-statement financial models, cash flows, and scenario analyses.
• Lead the preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal experts and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
• Assist in business development, including marketing and client pitches.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in consulting or professional services.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis using Excel.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience with financial research tools like Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
• Technical GAAP accounting expertise.
