What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities of client service teams on turnaround and restructuring engagements.
• Execute complex financial tasks including 13-week cash flow models, 3-statement models, and pro-forma scenario planning.
• Collaborate with internal experts, external professionals, and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports, written analyses, and client presentations.
• Participate in practice development, including marketing efforts and client pitches.
• Analyze large volumes of financial and operational data to develop strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Boston, MA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• 4+ years of professional experience in consulting or financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, including 3-statement models and cash flow analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management.

Nice to have

• CFA or CPA certification.
• Technical or GAAP accounting expertise.
