What you will do

• Strengthen on-chain liquidity for leading DeFi projects.
• Research emerging DeFi innovations and develop POCs for new market-making strategies.
• Perform quantitative analysis on on-chain trading activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and business development teams to enhance algorithms and services.
• Manage client relationships and provide tailored market-making support.
• Generate creative solutions for enhanced liquidity provision using data aggregation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in trading, quantitative finance, or market making.
• Strong background in quantitative analysis and data science, preferably with on-chain data.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and Python or Rust.
• Web3 native with daily experience using DeFi protocols.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder and client engagement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust and Dune Analytics.
• Prior experience working in a successful DeFi protocol.
