What you will do

• Build, enhance, and maintain data assets underpinning energy and natural resources research.
• Implement and monitor data quality processes to resolve identified issues.
• Develop new analytics through connected datasets and integrated pipelines.
• Collaborate with Research, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Lead high-priority projects aimed at system optimization and process improvement.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior colleagues on best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Mexico City, MX.
• Proven experience in data-related roles with a focus on ingestion, cleansing, and quality.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for traversing large datasets.
• Expertise in relational database systems and data visualization tools like PowerBI.
• Experience developing logic, models, or algorithms for complex mathematical problems.
• Strong communication skills for working in a cross-regional team environment.
