What you will do

• Lead the data reporting function for Workforce Strategy, including governance and continuous improvement of Power BI solutions.
• Design and deliver high-quality dashboards with a focus on UX, consistency, and performance optimization.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, HR, and Procurement to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Influence source-data architecture and pipelines to ensure data integrity and reporting efficiency.
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership and steering groups.

Requirements

• Expert-level Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and workspace governance.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex modelling.
• Strong experience in SQL, data manipulation, and relational databases.
• Proven track record in financial services or similar regulated environments.
• Demonstrable experience managing and developing a team of analysts or BI developers.
• Ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders.
