What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, chat, and in-person channels.
• Perform break-fix support for hardware and software issues.
• Fulfill and triage customer service requests while maintaining ownership of issues.
• Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting established team targets and SLAs.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an IT or technical support environment.
• Proficiency with Windows, Mac OSX, Office 365, Active Directory, and mobile device management.
• Ability to work onsite 4-5 days per week in Washington, DC.
• Familiarity with ITIL fundamentals and managing SLA targets.
• Flexibility to cover later shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Must have a suitable home office environment for part-time remote work.
