Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Provide technical support via phone, chat, and in-person at the TechBar.
• Perform break-fix support for IT hardware and software issues.
• Fulfill and triage customer service requests.
• Maintain ownership of issues and communicate status updates to users.
• Meet team targets and adhere to defined SLA metrics.

Requirements

• Must be available for overnight shift: 11pm – 7am (Sunday night – Thursday night).
• Must be able to work onsite five days per week.
• Relevant experience in IT support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows, Mac OSX, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Understanding of ITIL fundamentals and SLA management.
• Ability to maintain a home environment suitable for occasional remote work.
