What you will do

• Build and optimize emulation and FPGA models from RTL designs using synthesis and partitioning tools.
• Develop and debug hardware/software collateral for validating new features in simulation and emulation environments.
• Create new capabilities and automation flows to enhance verification efficiency and model usability.
• Improve hybrid emulation environments to accelerate RTL development and software bring-up.
• Analyze failing RTL tests and provide technical guidance to verification teams for methodology optimization.
• Mentor technical leaders and formulate strategies to drive organizational success and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Expertise in emulation fundamentals, FPGA prototyping, and industry-standard emulation tools.
• Strong proficiency in RTL design and verification using System Verilog.
• Deep understanding of SoC integration, hardware architecture, and hybrid emulation environments.
• Proven experience in emulation performance optimization and workflow automation.
• Ability to pass an extended background investigation for a Position of Trust.

Nice to have

• Master's degree with 12 years of experience or PhD with 8 years of experience.
• Track record of thought leadership and innovation in emulation.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring technical talent.
