What you will do
- Build and optimize emulation and FPGA models from RTL designs using synthesis and partitioning tools.
- Develop and debug hardware/software collateral for validating new features in simulation and emulation environments.
- Create new capabilities and automation flows to enhance verification efficiency and model usability.
- Improve hybrid emulation environments to accelerate RTL development and software bring-up.
- Analyze failing RTL tests and provide technical guidance to verification teams for methodology optimization.
- Mentor technical leaders and formulate strategies to drive organizational success and innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Expertise in emulation fundamentals, FPGA prototyping, and industry-standard emulation tools.
- Strong proficiency in RTL design and verification using System Verilog.
- Deep understanding of SoC integration, hardware architecture, and hybrid emulation environments.
- Proven experience in emulation performance optimization and workflow automation.
- Ability to pass an extended background investigation for a Position of Trust.
Nice to have
- Master's degree with 12 years of experience or PhD with 8 years of experience.
- Track record of thought leadership and innovation in emulation.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring technical talent.
