Compensation: $250,000–$300,000 (Base + Variable)

What you will do

• Guide prospects and customers in evaluating the suitability of their applications for the hirify.global platform.
• Position hirify.global effectively against alternative technologies and architectural patterns.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Create conditions for engineering organizations to expand production usage of hirify.global.
• Own the technical relationship with customer decision-makers throughout the evaluation and operational lifecycle.
• Travel 25-50% for customer meetings and company events.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong technical communication skills including presenting, whiteboarding, and writing.
• Experience with distributed system technologies, design decisions, and production best practices.
• Ability to build prototypes and provide deployment guidance in Java, Golang, Typescript, Python, or PHP.
• Proficiency with major cloud providers and production application operations.
• Experience serving as a technical advisor to sales teams.
