What you will do

• Define and drive enterprise-level QE and automation strategy for the Subscription platform.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, reusable automation frameworks across web, mobile, console, and connected devices.
• Lead shift-left testing and automation-first practices, including end-to-end automation for authentication, commerce, entitlement validation, and lifecycle/retention journeys.
• Build observability for release health: dashboards, metrics, automation coverage, and platform reliability visualization.
• Develop AI-assisted quality engineering solutions and integrate them into daily engineering workflows.
• Own automation infrastructure and delivery: CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tooling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Development Engineering in Test, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation.
• Proven experience leading large-scale automation architecture and QE strategy initiatives.
• Strong hands-on programming experience in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with XCUITest, Appium, Selenium, and API automation frameworks.
• Experience testing mobile devices, gaming consoles, connected devices, or multi-device environments; experience with streaming/media playback or cloud gaming is required.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI technologies into QE workflows; strong understanding of CI/CD, distributed systems, and end-to-end automation strategies.
