What you will do

• Converse with AI models on complex clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions.
• Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model-generated medical content.
• Capture and document reproducible error traces to identify model failure modes.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Articulate metacognitive reasoning and decision processes clearly to improve model training.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• MD or DO degree required, or a master’s/PhD in health sciences with significant clinical experience.
• Expertise in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, or epidemiology.
• Ability to document reasoning and decision processes explicitly.
• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet.
