PhD Developmental Psychology Expert (AI)

What you will do

• Review and annotate datasets focused on child development and developmental psychology.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for developmental accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness.
• Assess cultural and linguistic suitability across child-development scenarios.
• Provide expert input on children’s learning, behavior, cognition, language, and psychosocial development.
• Design scenarios and test cases, identify inaccurate assumptions or developmental mismatches, and refine AI interaction guidelines.
• Document findings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on model improvement.

Requirements

• Completed PhD in Developmental Psychology, Child Development, or a closely related field.
• Strong academic or research background in child development.
• Strong understanding of cognitive, linguistic, social, emotional, and psychosocial development.
• Ability to critically evaluate developmental-psychology content and communicate complex concepts clearly in writing.
• Awareness of cultural differences in child development and strong analytical, detail-oriented review skills.
• Native proficiency in one of the required languages: Japanese, French, Tagalog, Malay, Lithuanian, Russian, Georgian, Polish, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, Vietnamese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, Turkish, Gujarati, or Bulgarian.
