What you will do

Review and annotate Uzbek content to ensure high-quality training data.
Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance.
Identify and document error patterns in grammar, syntax, and style.
Collaborate with the team to refine prompts and evaluation methods.
Provide expert feedback to strengthen overall model performance.

Requirements

Native or near-native fluency in Uzbek is required.
Demonstrated professional experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, or editing.
Strong attention to detail and cultural knowledge of the Uzbek language.
Ability to work as a contractor with your own secure computer and stable internet.
Clear communication skills in English.

Nice to have

Prior experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation.
