What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project plans for quality programs, including milestones, dependency mapping, and risk identification.
• Design and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards to visualize quality KPIs, defect trends, and project health.
• Architect and manage the SharePoint environment for quality programs, ensuring standardized documentation and workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to drive project deliverables and remove impediments through influence.
• Provide structured status updates and reporting to leadership, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business priorities.
• Document standard operating procedures and project playbooks to support quality initiatives across product lines.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV (3 days/week).
• 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in gaming, manufacturing, or regulated industries.
• Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and workstreams in a demanding environment.
• Direct experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in SharePoint for document management, site creation, and collaboration workflows.
• Ability to drive project deliverables through influence without direct reporting authority.
