What you will do

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for B2C and B2B clients following ITIL standards.
  • Handle critical booking and transaction disputes, including fraud charges.
  • Perform API testing and troubleshoot software challenges using Postman, SQL, and JSON.
  • Collaborate with higher-level support teams to prevent recurring incidents.
  • Analyze customer feedback to refine products and improve service efficiency.
  • Maintain operational reports, documentation, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support (B2B/B2C).
  • Proficiency in API testing, Postman, SQL, JSON, and GeoJSON.
  • English: Upper-intermediate or advanced (B2/C1).
  • Location: Must be based in Chișinău, Moldova.
  • Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the parking industry.
  • Proficiency in German.
