Location: Onsite in Belgrade, Serbia (Bulevar despota Stefana 12).

What you will do
- Create photorealistic assets meeting modern AAA standards.
- Prepare and optimize assets for real-time game engine performance.
- Configure materials, tiles, and decals for game environments.
- Work with high-poly photogrammetric objects.
- Collaborate closely with technical artists and game designers.
- Perform bug fixing and asset optimization.
Requirements
- Relevant higher education or at least 1 year of experience as a 3D artist.
- Proficiency in low-poly and high-poly creation using Blender, Maya, ZBrush, or 3ds Max.
- Solid understanding of PBR pipelines, UV mapping, and map baking (normal, AO).
- Experience with texturing in Substance Painter.
- English: Basic level required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Strong, high-quality portfolio.
- Advanced knowledge of ZBrush.
- Basic knowledge of level art and lighting.
- Previous experience in game development companies.
