What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, balancing satisfaction with contractual scope.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams across design, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and quality.
• Ensure technical compliance for safety, reliability, performance, and producibility throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage development programs and production quality issues, ensuring adherence to baselined plans and schedules.

• Utilize earned value management (EVM) and project management fundamentals to drive program success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Extensive experience in a leadership role within a technical environment.
• Proven ability to influence and resolve complex issues in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated capability in managing collaborative work within multicultural, geographically dispersed environments.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage organizational resources effectively.
