What you will do

• Underwrite contract bonds following the company's philosophy and risk assessment standards.
• Strategically build and manage a profitable book of business within a designated territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with assigned agents and brokers, including site visits.
• Ensure accurate underwriting documentation in account management systems.
• Review contract bonds, riders, and indemnity agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-4 years of experience in Contract Surety Underwriting.
• Experience producing and underwriting business from agents and brokers.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Must have US Work Authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.
